ABOUT ME
As an integrative counsellor, I work collaboratively with adults across a range of issues using different approaches to suit your personality and individual needs. I offer confidential long term (12+) or short term (up to 6) in person and online counselling sessions. (There is no requirement to block book sessions).

In an anti-oppressive, empathetic and reflective environment we can explore any feelings, thoughts or behaviours you are struggling with to help you grow in self-understanding and move towards the changes you want.

I feature Cognitive and behavioural, psychodynamic and creative therapies in my therapeutic approach.

Being a Christian counsellor I also work with issues of faith and can integrate your faith belief within your therapy irrespective of domination.
